Janelle Johnston
Director.

Janelle Johnston started out in retail on the shop floor at Just Jeans in 1987 at the age of 17. She progressed to successfully manage 25 stores for the company and stayed with the Just Jeans Group for a period of 10 years.

Janelle then held Senior Executive positions within companies such as Sportsgirl, Sussan, Katie’s and Jag. Her last position was General Manager of Aveda in Australia.

As a retailer, Janelle knows how important both recruiting the right staff and effective proactive training is for a successful business. She is a true passionate retailer, who analyses the potential of people and strategically formulates business plans for companies to achieve maximum results in line with their culture and vision.

Janelle understands the power of people and strongly believes that the most powerful competitive advantage in any business is achieved by utilising your people’s potential.

Nideera Evans
Business and Development Manager.

Nideera Evans is the Careers and Business Development Manager at People Potential.
Nideera has over seven years experience in Sales Management, with three years in Client Service Management and Business Development.

Nideera’s extensive experience within the recruitment industry has exposed her to all facets of recruitment from Retail, Executive placements, Telco and IT service sectors. Nideera has successfully worked with leading organizations such as Hewlett Packard, Sensis and Telstra, just to name a few.

Nideera began her career in sales working for the Just Jeans Group. Her six year career there enabled her to work within the different parts of the organisation such as Levi's, Jay Jays's. Portmans, Jaquie-e and Just Jeans. During this time Nideera completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Swinburne University, with a major in eCommerce and a minor in Information Technology.

Nideera is a people's person and took her career to a new direction in recruitment with the intention of helping people achieve great results while delivering superior genuine personal service.
Nideera has well developed interpersonal skills, leadership and superior communication skills and the natural ability to sustain long-term client relationships and to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
