VIP Client's Referral Program

People Potential Recruitment and Training Solutions respects the valuable contribution of the recommendations from our client's for new potential high calibre people to help assist in their career development and new job placement.

Our referral program rewards our existing VIP client's in referring on these people.

The program guidelines are as followed:

Referral Guidelines

• The People Potential Referral Program is for high calibre client's who are invited to join this program.
• Strictly high calibre candidates with excellent results driven history together with strong work ethics and values referred only.
• VIP client's must register with the referral program prior to referring potential candidates.
• Potential candidates referred must ensure that the referral person is acknowledged at the first meeting with People Potential.
• Each referred candidate that is placed in a role within 12 months of referral will result in a $200 AUD incentive to the person who refers the successful candidate. This will be paid 14 days after payment from the company that recruits the candidate.
• There is no limit to the amount of referrals by the VIP client.
• If the same referred candidate is also referred by another client, the person who was first to refer will obtain the $200 incentive.
• People Potential may contact you in regards to opportunities from time to time that may help your referral success.
• A company may be referred to People Potential for training or recruitment services. The VIP candidate will obtain $200 from the first service booked within 12 months of referral. The company referred must be professional, people orientated and worthy of top candidates in regards to recruitment. People Potential reserves the right to refuse companies referred on that basis.
